Biography
Bruce Rychlik is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Park Square Executive Search.
Based in the firm’s Boston office, Bruce works within the life science industry and recruits Chief Executive Officers, Board Members and C-Level leadership teams across scientific, clinical, financial and business development functions. A majority of his searches involve innovative, venture-backed biotechnology companies focused on therapeutics and technology platforms as well as diagnostics and AI applications within the US and for international companies looking to recruit US-based leadership teams. Bruce also recruits extensively for investment professionals within life science venture capital firms and conducts leadership searches for nonprofit organizations and research universities focused on novel research, manufacturing and innovation initiatives.
Prior to co-founding Park Square, Bruce was a Managing Director, Life Sciences at J. Robert Scott, a global retained executive search firm that was previously a portfolio company in the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments. In this capacity, he worked on numerous international recruiting projects throughout Asia, particularly Japan, as well as Europe.
Bruce earned a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and currently serves as President of the Dickinson College Alumni Council. He also earned an M.B.A. from Boston University. All forms of cycling fulfill his interests in exercise, nutrition, travel and the outdoors.
