Ms. MacMurray's focus includes venture backed biotechnology companies, as well as more established pharmaceutical companies across multiple functional areas including research and development, commercial, finance and business development.

For many years, Tricia has been a trusted advisor to the FDA having conducted many senior leadership recruitment projects for the Agency.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. MacMurray was Vice President of another retained executive search firm, where she played a key leadership role in their Life Sciences practice. Here, she executed searches in Life Sciences across key functional areas of Marketing, Commercial, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.

Previously, Trish spent over 15 years recruiting key talent, where she managed searches for boutique executive search firms and internal staffing departments with research, candidate identification and development services, and additional recruiting projects based on her clients' needs.

Ms. MacMurray is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is an active member in the Philadelphia Chapter of Women in Bio, and the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA).
