Lena has solid management experience and in-depth knowledge of the public sector. This makes her a valuable discussion-partner when Visindi is to recruit for national and local board positions and management positions. Lena is known as a thorough, inclusive and knowledgeable leader with strong systematic abilities and experience from major restructuring processes. This became especially visible when she was project manager during the construction of a large psychiatric hospital building in Helse Førde. The project had a value of NOK 350 million, was carried out during the corona pandemic and completed within the requirements of time, quality and budget. For large parts of her career, she has worked in Helse Førde. Lena is a trained nurse and has a master’s degree in organization and management. She has worked as an associate professor at the University College in Sogn & Fjordane, and has a good network from her time as a local politician. Lena lives in Førde and is Visindi’s warm-hearted connection point to customers and candidates in between Anna Sogn and Fjordane. In her spare time, she finds her inner artist, which she uses for both watercolor painting and the Instagram account of the Siberian cat Mio.
