He developed a labor supply and demand and talent management model for large medical city in KSA. He led the initiative to reset the strategic plan of a regional medical supply company. His work included leading a national strategic initiative in KSA to study the sustainable employability of Saudi nationals as Allied Healthcare Workers.

Mr. Mamish is a management consultant and an Human Capital expert with international experience. He has been providing Management Consulting, HR consulting , change management and communication support for 27 years in North America, Western Europe, MENA, and Asia Pacific. He brings a deep functional expertise in organization and business operating model design, large-scale business transformation, human capital management, HR strategy, corporate culture and transition management.

His expertise in healthcare is built on providing practical solutions to healthcare delivery management problems across the value chain for healthcare delivery.
