With a recruitment career spanning back as far as 2013, having worked in both Darwin and Melbourne over the years, Killian heads up the Melbourne Technology practice, covering all industries. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Masters in European Development Studies, both acquired at the University College Cork, Killian has prior experience in both B2B and B2C sales within energy and telecommunications back in Ireland as well as a stint as Research Assistant to an elected Member of the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium. Killian made the intercontinental move to Australia in early 2013 and after 7.5 years working for Hays Recruitment across both Darwin and Melbourne, made the move to open our Technology practice in Melbourne in late 2021. Killian prides himself on his ability to listen to the needs of both his candidates and clients and provide a meticulously tailored recruitment service through his tenacity and attention to detail throughout every step of the recruitment campaign lifecycle. He prides himself on changing the lives of his candidates by guiding them through the next steps in their career journey and on partnering with his clients long-term to build up their workforce with the best-in-market talent.
