Devorah manages ECG Resources’ national search network, a role that entails conducting research, reviewing resumes, and organizing searches to find talented candidates across the country. She enjoys the challenge of this work as well as the opportunity it affords her to learn about the wealth management world.

Before joining ECG, Devorah worked as a teacher’s assistant in a kindergarten and also did stints staffing wineries in their busy seasons.

In her spare time, Devorah enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, reading, and tending to her plants. She has a passion for sustainable, renewable resources and harbors a secret dream of one day living in an earth ship-a house that renews its energy sources on its own.
