Prior to joining Johnson, Dean was an Associate at Boyden, based in Sydney. During his time there, he worked across numerous C-Suite and Director level roles with both ASX listed and private companies. Dean utilised his strong research, strategic planning and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across a range of sectors including industrials, higher education, oil and gas and financial services. Dean is a proud veteran, serving five years within the Australian Army. This provided him with a unique opportunity to develop and build valuable relationships, often in high-pressure environments, as well as the ability to work collaboratively to meet objectives on time and with excellence. Dean will soon complete his degree in Business, majoring in Finance and Information Technology, at the University of Technology Sydney.
