While studying business administration, I developed a particular interest in HR topics. I quickly set my focus on HR, and that hasn't changed to this day. Since 2010, I have been working in HR positions continuously. My positions have taken me to production and service companies as well as to retail. In roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Operations Team Leader, HR Manager and Head of HR, I have learned about important mechanisms of action in corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups. As an HR generalist, I am familiar with the entire spectrum of HR work. Across all my professional positions, management consulting and works council work have become particular focuses of my work. In addition to valuable practical experience, training as a systemic business coach complements my profile. For a few years now, I have been working as a freelance interim manager for critical HR tasks, which I will continue to do alongside my work as a senior partner at HR Recruitment & Interim AG. In my private life, I live with my wife and two children in Schleswig-Holstein, in the Hamburg area. In sport, which has been a part of my life since childhood, I find the perfect balance to my office work.
