Ankush Agarwal

Hi, I’m Ankush, I'm a senior technology recruitment consultant at Harvey Nash.

With over 6 years of experience in technology recruitment, I’ve built strong expertise across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and SaaS hiring. My background in electronics and communication engineering enables me to understand the technology behind the talent, meaning I can connect deeply with both clients and candidates. I have delivered roles to a range of clients from startups and scale-ups to enterprise organisations across the UK, Europe, and the USA helping to find the right people to power their growth.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, and spending time with my family especially experiencing the wonders of fatherhood with my young daughter. I cherish every moment of it, watching her grow and learn, it brings immense joy and fulfilment to my life. I'm also passionate about photography and capturing moments of everyday life. I'm currently interested in how AI is reshaping the future of recruitment.
