Brought on as one of the first Boston-based partners at True’s sister company, Foundation Talent in 2015 (which merged with True in 2019), Vanessa has almost 20 years of search experience. She previously recruited for finance, operations and product leadership roles at Argosight, an executive search firm where she helped start and scale the executive retained search practice from the ground up. Prior to that, Vanessa spent nine years as a top-performing recruiting leader for their accounting and finance division at Randstad US, an international staffing giant. Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her four very active kids and extended family in the Boston area. She has successfully completed multiple marathons, loves to surf/ski, anything outdoors and anything with a challenge.
