Wendy embraced her executive search career right upon graduation. She worked her way up from a Research Associate to a Managing Director at Bó Lè. In her first 2 years in a research role, she demonstrated tremendous enthusiasm and reaped remarkable progress. Within these 2 years, she was involved in more than 100 projects of diversified functions from different industries and completed over 70 assignments. After her promotion to her current role, she served several Key Accounts from banks, chemical and industrial designing fields and has received acknowledgement from her clients. Wendy excels in the Financial Service sector and FMCG. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the East China University of Science and Technology.
