Lars Rønn is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Sector. He carries out executive search and assessment work for Danish and Nordic clients on a global scale within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices & diagnostics and healthcare services industries. He also advises clients in the firm’s Industrial &​ Natural Resources Sector, focusing on Board, CEO, C-suite and functional leadership assignments. He is based in Copenhagen. Prior to joining the firm, Lars worked for a leading global executive search firm, conducting searches and leadership assessments for clients within the life sciences industry. Before that, Lars was EVP, sales and marketing for Ambu A/S, a publicly listed medical device company. Earlier he was the CEO for Origio A/S, a publicly listed biotechnology company. He was also general manag​er at Maersk Medical, a global medical device company. Lars has led senior management teams, worked on organic growth, open innovation, M&A and turnaround assignments on a global scale and has executive board experience. He has worked and lived in several countries, including France, the United Kingdom and Belarus. Lars Rønn holds a BSc degree in business, language and culture from Copenhagen Business School. He is lieutenant in the Danish Army Reserve. He is fluent in Danish, English, French and the Scandinavian languages.
