Pieter Wijnant joined Schelstraete Delacourt in June 2022 as a Senior Consultant. He leads various assignments with a focus on the tech and IT sector and is actively involved in assessments and development centers, helping organizations evaluate and develop leadership potential. Before joining Schelstraete Delacourt, Pieter worked as Team Leader and Account Manager for Harvey Nash, an international IT recruitment firm. He also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at the talent management department of Hudson Belgium. Pieter is a Certified Assessor in Hogan Assessments and is a trained coach.
