After completing his studies in business and volunteering for two years in Middle East (West Bank), Thibaud began his career with the Bouygues group as an export sales manager for four years. He then joined a headhunting firm where he assisted clients primarily in the industrial, public buildings & works and service sectors. In 2004 he joined an international executive search firm as a partner, recruiting primarily in Africa and the Middle East. With a view to specialising in the Africa & Middle East region while developing a partnership that creates value for both consultants and their clients, he founded Elzéar Executive Search in 2006. He speaks French, English and some Arabic.
