Lauren graduated from Northumbria University in 2021 with a 2:1 in Psychology. Alongside her degree, she worked at Aldi. After graduating, she joined the Aldi Graduate scheme. Lauren was an Area Manager for multiple stores. She really enjoyed interacting with people and building relationships with customers and colleagues. She, therefore, decided to take the leap and change her career path from operations to recruitment. The values and culture at Nigel Wright really resonated with her and she decided this would be the perfect company for her. Lauren joined Nigel Wright in 2022 as a specialist Finance Research & Delivery Consultant within the Leeds Finance team.
