Jennifer Ward is a Partner in the Calgary office of Odgers Berndtson. She focuses on recruiting C-suite, Board and VP level executives across several industries, in both private and public sectors, with emphasis on industrial and energy, technology, healthcare and crown organizations in the Alberta region. With more than 25 years of experience in the search industry, Jennifer has worked with an array of clients ranging from large, multi-national organizations, to small technology start-ups.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she spent many years with one of Canada’s largest privately held recruitment firms, where she helped to build an executive search division. During that time, she developed her network of loyal clients and candidates who to this day continue to consider her a trusted partner in the search process.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University, and certificates from Cornell University’s Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting and from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.
