Ebony joined Isaacson, Miller as an Associate in 2021. Prior to joining our firm, Ebony earned her Master’s in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) where she interned in the admissions and career services offices at HGSE and the Graduate School of Design. Previously, she served as the Founding Director of College Counseling at East College Prep, a charter school in Los Angeles. In this role, she created the college counseling program and supported students and families through the college application process. She has also worked as an Upward Bound college advisor and Teach for America corps member. Ebony’s commitment to equity and access in education began as an undergraduate student at the University of California, Irvine.
