Julie Amende leads the financial services practice area at SkyWater Search Partners. As our division leader, Julie also works a “full desk” in recruiting. The SkyWater financial services division focuses primarily on leadership and executive-level searches for companies of all sizes in Minnesota seeking to hire local talent. I have the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of an organization including executive leadership at large and small institutions. I have broad exposure to traditional and alternative investments as an analyst, product manager, relationship manager, recruiter and sales person. I am a self-starter with the ability to learn new things quickly and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
