Sophia Dunaway is an Associate at Stanton Chase Dallas. She assists with all aspects of candidate screening and development. She also works closely with her Managing Director, whose clients include private equity portfolio companies and mid-sized organizations in the industrial and consumer products sectors. Her thorough sourcing capabilities and comprehensive interviewing approach make her a valuable member of her team. Sophia is known for her goal-oriented approach when it comes to executive search practices. She believes in building trust-based partnerships and prioritizing both clients and candidates in each search. Prior to Stanton Chase, Sophia served as a Recruiter for a science and engineering consulting firm. In this role she placed senior-level candidates in project management and leadership functions across various industries, including manufacturing, engineering services, and healthcare. Sophia graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Health. While attending school in Arkansas, Sophia held various internships in business development and marketing for different industries. Sophia lives in downtown Dallas. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, hiking, and exploring different parts of the world.
