Lenka spent 17 years in top-level law firms, namely Allen & Overy and White Case as a Business Development Specialist. As her main focus has always been the banking & finance field, she joined the Talentor CZ team in 2018 as a banking & finance specialized consultant. Over the years she has enlarged her project portfolio into other areas such as healthcare, IT, or construction. Lenka is in charge of recruitment process outsourcing as well as executive search projects. She is fluent in Czech and English.
