Judith Lorika is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Nairobi, Kenya. Ms. Lorika is a recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in Executive Search and leadership human capital advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a leading Pan-African human capital development organisation as the Country Managing Director, designing business commercial strategies, developing new organisation processes and structures, identifying new stakeholders and business partners aligned to the business goals and objectives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lorika worked for several donor-funded projects across the East Africa region, developing human capital for Small & Medium Enterprises to become competitive, profitable and sustainable. Ms. Lorika has an MBA degree in Strategic Management from Africa Nazarene University Kenya and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Makerere University in Uganda. She speaks fluent English, Kiswahili, and can communicate in French.
