Building on his many years of experience within executive search and his accumulated expertise within the office, Jan Beerling focuses in particular on filling management and supervisory positions in the B2B (industry, logistics and business services) and B2C sectors. He also has extensive experience with continuity issues within family businesses as well as business succession. Special attention is paid to the cross-sectoral activities arising from the world of e-business and the link between 'traditional' and new business models. Jan started as a researcher at Holtrop Ravesloot in 1987. He has been active as a partner in executive search for many years now. Integrity and quality, the guiding principles within Holtrop Ravesloot, are second nature to him. Jan studied organizational sociology at the University of Amsterdam. In addition to entrepreneurship, he is married and the father of two daughters, an avid tennis player and a passionate musician.
