Kevin is based in London as Ducatus Partners’ Managing Director and is a founding member of the business. Aside from leading Ducatus Partners, Kevin continues to deliver key assignments for both executive and non-executive appointments. Kevin began his career in executive search in 2001 and has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, United States and Africa. Prior to establishing Ducatus Partners, Kevin worked at an international boutique executive search firm for over 15 years, ultimately holding the role of Chief Executive Officer. He was responsible for managing global operations and grew and set up offices in Houston, Calgary, Singapore, Australia and South Africa. Kevin is a qualified Executive Coach (Meyler Campbell Mastered) and in addition to leading the Coaching Practice at Ducatus Partners, he actively works with senior executives to enhance thinking and outcomes. He is a Trustee of the Robert Gordon University Foundation. He has previously held Board positions with other not-for-profit organisations including the British American Business Council, the International School of Aberdeen and Operation Eyesight. He has a Masters degree in Economics and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and holds a Diploma in Non-Executive Directorship from the Financial Times.
