Nona joined Korn Ferry from a global human capital consulting firm, where she was responsible for leadership development for clients in Life Sciences and Financial Services across the USA. She holds a BA in English from the University of Calgary and a Master’s degree in Science, Leadership and Strategic Management from Manhattanville College, New York. A native of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Nona is also an adjunct faculty member at New York University teaching in their Graduate level Human Resources Program.
