Stephen Hickey is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services practice. He works with client leaders to ensure they are adopting contemporary solutions for their most important talent, culture, leadership and HR issues, aligned to their business and people strategies. He works with CHROs, CEOs and their leadership teams to help them show meaningful business impact from their investments. Stephen’s experience extends to change management, culture change, leadership team effectiveness, people strategy and HR functional effectiveness, and the design and implementation of leadership development and talent management programs. Stephen is based in Sydney and advises clients across a wide variety of industries in Australia and Asia Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University.
