Ed Zheng is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Shanghai office and leads the global Technology Practice in China. He specializes in leadership assessment, succession planning, and executive search for progressive companies in pure-play internet, technology, and other industry sectors.

With more than 20 years of management consulting and corporate leadership experience, Ed collaborates with clients to solve their leadership needs related to general management, sales and marketing, information technology, and digital transformations.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ed held practice and office leadership roles in two global executive search firms for more than a decade. Before that, he was the brand director of the North Asia Region of Dell Inc. Earlier in his career he worked for a leading US-based consulting firms as a management consultant.
