Gabriella started her career in 1990 at EuroSearch. Initially as Research Associate, then moving on to the development of middle management research. She then switched to executive search, gaining lots of experience in various functional areas such as R&D, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Operations, General Management and Finance. From January 2018 she also supports the Edge Division. She takes good care of candidates along the entire selection process. Gabriella likes to find her balance through meditation, dancing and nature.
