Cecilia joined the organization in 2012. Over the years, her role has evolved from administration to Search Associate, and now as Consultant for Leaders International. She is a dynamic and results-oriented professional who brings a diverse range of experience to the team. Exemplified by her background in post-secondary, hospitality and tourism, customer service and the performing arts. This diversity offers a wealth of insight and expertise when searching for candidates who are dedicated and visionary in their industries. She has a deep passion for music which led her to complete two music diplomas, in performance and composition, at Grant MacEwan College (now MacEwan University) in Edmonton, AB. She currently serves as President of her local Community League and is pursuing her MBA, focusing on community and economic development. She is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and after living in Quebec for a year, she can casually converse in French. Cecilia loves traveling and has visited various countries around the globe, and plans to continue expanding her horizons to other places in the world. She also enjoys cooking, reading, playing board games, and attending music shows.
