Joanna joined Page Executive in 2021 as a Senior Associate. She has over 6 years of experience in talent sourcing for managerial and executive roles. Joanna has completed assignments in very diverse sectors having developed particularly strong experience in the FMCG and industry sectors, performing searches for general management, financial, operations, sales, and marketing functions.​

She also has experience in assessments of employees' competencies and development potential. She is a certified assessor AC&DC of E&A Academy and certified user of Cubiks psychometrics tools (Papi 3 and Logiks). ​

She has a MA degree in Management from the University of Warsaw and is fluent in English and French.​
