Biography
Graduated from a Master 2 Human Resources in 2006, Julien Randrianarison began his career as an HR Consultant in order to support companies in the development of various aspects of their Human Resources policies. It is in this context that it contributes in particular to the deployment of the various components of the Planning for Employment and Skills (GPEC) as well as, in particular, to support for the internal and external mobility of employees.
Attracted by the problem of change, he then became passionate about supporting Managers and their teams, both on the various aspects of the HR function as well as on the various interpersonal skills, Julien being trained in neurosciences, co- development and facilitation in collective intelligence, as well as certified in transactional analysis (TA), neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and the Process Communication Model (PCM).
Also involved in the disability community because of his associative activities, Julien regularly acts as a consultant for companies, in particular to develop the inclusive dimension of HR policies, from the diagnostic phase to the definition and then the implementation. implementing their disability policies, as well as supporting change.
In addition, Julien is regularly called upon to transmit his passion by teaching in particular collective intelligence within the IESEG School of Management and Sup Career (INSEEC Group).
