Previously he worked as a leader on the UK’s largest police force driving their Ethics and Integrity Programme and has a passion for building high-performing teams. He excels at identifying talented individuals who can transform businesses, adding real value to the ever-changing marketplace. Elliot has extensive knowledge and experience across precious, base, and battery metals, working with a broad range of companies from specialist businesses designing and building mineral processing plants to established mining operators. His work crosses over into Management Consulting firms which service the Natural Resources industry and he has significant experience working with specialists within the Smart Mines/Mine of the Future and cybersecurity field.
