Fay is responsible for senior HR appointments within Banking & Financial Services for the UK, across all areas of HR. She has worked with Frazer Jones for over six years across both London and Singapore and is well connected in this space. Fay has over 7 years’ prior HR practitioner experience from global FTSE and blue-chip businesses across Banking, Financial & Professional Services and Retail; she has worked in-house in HR for Barclays, The Royal Bank of Canada and Marks & Spencer, and as a HR Transformation consultant with PwC. Fay has a track record delivering the highest calibre HR professionals to a significant number of leading FTSE 100 organisations, large global businesses, SMEs and start-ups. She works on advertised, retained and contingent recruitment assignments and prides herself on tailoring solutions specifically to match the needs and expectations of our clients. Fay is CIPD qualified, graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management. She loves coaching and mentoring others and is an ICF qualified Coach and an Extended DISC assessor. Fay loves to travel and moved to Singapore for three years with Frazer Jones to explore her favourite places across South East Asia. She has a little boy who is very mischievous and keeps her busy at home! She is always keen to catch up over a coffee – virtual or in person.
