Marie Grondahl is a Consultant for the Nordic region at Pedersen & Partners, based in Sweden. Ms. Grondahl has almost 25 years of global Executive Search expertise, mainly focusing on Life Sciences / Medical Device, Financial Services, and Private Equity. She has completed numerous C-level, executive and management assignments successfully. Ms. Grondahl has worked for start-ups, mid-sized organisations and multinationals, public listed, private held and PE-backed firms. Ms. Grondahl also has solid experience in assessment tools and she is a certificated professional coach to management teams and individuals. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Ms. Grondahl worked at SEB Merchant Banking.

Ms. Grondahl holds a Master of Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. She speaks Swedish, English, and Norwegian.
