Sophie is a Consultant. Her experience of senior level executive search includes a range of Chief Executive, Board, and Director level roles across our Global Non-Profit & Social Impact Practice, as well as leadership appointments across higher education and research institutions. Prior to joining Perrett Laver in 2013, Sophie recruited to the financial services industry and management consultancy.
