With over 20 years experience in recruitment, and 15 years of them at Search, I have extensive knowledge and understanding of the industry. Initially beginning my career as the Divisional Manager for our Business Support sector, my career at Search has progressed significantly over the years. Now a Managing Director, I am pleased to head up our Industrial, Hospitality, Engineering & Manufacturing, and Driving sectors. Over the years, my sectors have gone from strength to strength, and I believe that my constant focus on providing a quality service to candidates and clients has been fundamental to our success. I manage teams of highly skilled and experienced consultants that are dedicated to delivering results for both our candidates and clients. Guiding my team through their career path is a main focus for me. I quickly recognise and promote talent, and I encourage developing through the ranks at Search. Many of my recruiters have worked in the industries they now recruit for, which gives them a unique understanding of the role requirements. My teams recruit for a variety of temporary and permanent roles across the Hospitality, Industrial, Engineering & Manufacturing and Driving sectors. From warehouse operatives and class 1 drivers to chef’s and maintenance engineers, my sectors cover a broad spectrum. I'm very passionate about my candidates and clients, and have a focus on providing a tailored experience for everyone that works with Search.
