Noelia de Lucas joins Talengo as Partner in the Financial Services, Private Equity, and Insurance practice. With more than 25 years of experience, she has led business growth, mergers, restructurings, and the creation of high-performing teams—always with talent strategy at the core. Noelia was a driving force in the expansion of a top global executive search firm, where she launched new business lines and served on the Executive Committee. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer, she gained a global view of the Iberian corporate market, reporting directly to Spain and the United Kingdom. Earlier in her career, she worked in the telecommunications practice of a prestigious law firm and later in a multinational HR company, building the strong foundation that has guided her success in leadership and transformation. A recognized voice in the Spanish corporate landscape, Noelia frequently shares her insights in leading media outlets. She holds a Law degree and a Diploma in Business Studies, a Master’s in Telecommunications Law from ICADE, and a Master’s in Commercial Management and Marketing from ESADE. She was also named “Consejable” by EJE&CON, a program that prepares executives to serve on boards as independent directors.
