Joanna Herman, a Managing Director with our In-House Counsel Recruiting, brings significant contacts and experience in the Southern California legal market to her practice, helping build and strengthen in-house legal departments. She works with clients both locally in Southern California and nationally, specifically in the pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer products, technology, transportation and aerospace industries, and has also conducted searches in the fashion, financial services and retail industries. Joanna has a particular expertise working with companies to locate intellectual property attorneys who can be especially challenging to place. In her first year at Major, Lindsey & Africa, she received the Rookie of the Year award.
