As Diversity Recruitment Manager at Method Recruitment, I lead the team to focus on helping clients achieve their diversity goals while creating inclusive workplaces where candidates can thrive. I specialise in executive search, talent mapping, strategy and D&I advisory.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two daughters and catching up with great friends.
