As an Executive Search Consultant at Alex Charles, Ali Survant focuses on identifying and placing key leadership talent for companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and financial services industries. She believes people are critical to the success of a team and an organization and is committed to providing value to her clients by placing the right people in their organizations. She has worked in the consulting and financial services industries for over 14 years recruiting and placing analysts, managers and executives. Prior to her time as an Executive Search Consultant, Ali spent six (6) years at Wells Fargo Bank where she served as a Vice President in recruiting. She developed the Commercial and Corporate Banking Financial Analyst Program, delivered training, and placed analysts throughout the organization. Prior to her time with Wells Fargo Bank, Ali was a Recruiter for Accenture in Chicago and Houston, managing internal corporate recruiting and campus recruiting initiatives. She built relationships with Texas A&M, University of Texas, Purdue University and University of Illinois as she identified, hired, placed and retained key consulting talent. Ali, a Texas native, graduated from Texas A&M with a BA in Journalism. She lives in Fulshear with her husband and two children.
