After spending six years in Corporate PR and Marketing, Rachel made the move into recruiting for the industry in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. Her communications industry experience spanned across sectors before managing the Corporate and Internal Communications team at a Building Society where she grew to love the financial sector. Rachel’s recruitment career has seen her grow teams at leading consultancies and global inhouse businesses. At Hanson, she heads up the Global Corporate and Financial desk where she uses her wealth of sector knowledge to support teams gain industry talent across the FS sector, sustainable finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets and Financial PR. Her experience spans across the USA, London and the UAE. Rachel prides herself in her diligent and proactive approach to recruitment.
