Shika has 8 years of experience in IT recruiting spanning across various projects and functional areas including ERP systems, EMR systems, BI & data warehouse tools, as well as software applications. She grew up in Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Baker College of Muskegon. During this time, she served on the board of a student led group that helped secure accreditation status for multiple Social Science degree plans, allowing graduates to immediately pursue accreditations upon graduation. Shika joined Thomas Edwards Group as a Senior Search Consultant in 2021. Shika has a passion for dance and traveling. During her free time, she seeks ways to bring others the same joy dancing has given to her by teaching adult dance lessons, both domestically and abroad.
