After completing his studies in electrical engineering and computer science with a focus on process control, he began his professional career in research and development at IBM. He then moved into sales for the automotive industry, where he managed various German automotive companies with international teams. He then took over the leadership of a pan-European team of experts focusing on product lifecycle management, logistics, mobility services & telematics, diagnostics, and sales & aftersales. To further expand his professional experience, he assumed responsibility for the outsourcing business of existing German customers for several years. He then applied this experience to business at T-Systems and SPIRIT/21 before moving into HR consulting in 2011. Since 2014, he has been a managing partner at AltoPartners in Darmstadt. With its industry focus, it primarily addresses almost all IT-relevant functions in industries that are characterized by a high proportion of high-tech know-how and innovation expertise. His consulting focuses on the requirement-specific identification and recruitment of experts and managers.
