Kimberley specializes in board, C-suite, and VP level life science related searches. She began her career in emerging markets working in Asia, Latin America, Middle East, with her focus in the U.S., Canada, UK, and Europe for the past 15 years. She has search experience working with biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and digital health companies. Prior to True, she started up the U.S. divisions for a couple of boutique life sciences firms. She also founded her own search firm, The Magellan Group, that she sold to a global search group after over ten years. She has a passion for working with firms that save lives or make a difference in quality of life, and companies involved in breakthrough science and cutting edge product and technology development. She is part of True’s Diversity Committee and she contributes to STEM Student Scholarships for the underrepresented to try and move the needle regarding the pipeline of candidates into life sciences related companies in a meaningful way. Kimberley has lived and worked on three continents in five countries and now lives in California where you can find her on her road bike or hiking most weekends.
