Kate works on a range of searches across fund sizes, geographies, and investment strategies. She is responsible for research and sourcing, client and candidate correspondence and scheduling, and the facilitation of all logistical elements of a search. Prior to joining HSP, Kate spent two years at KIPP NYC as a teacher and is a Teach for America alum.
