Natasha La Marca is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo (Cardoso) office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She has more than 12 years of experience in executive search covering the financial services industry.

Natasha was a partner at 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. Before her career in executive search, Natasha worked in both buy and sell side positions focusing on investment banking and private equity, where she gained most of her experience. She started her professional career at Banco Credit Suisse.
