Julia Markward serves as a Director at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, based in Chicago, IL. In her role, she sources senior leadership teams for clients, conducts candidate research and recruiting, and facilitates pipeline management and candidate flow. Before joining McDermott + Bull, Julia spent 13 years at a boutique executive search firm where she specialized in the real estate industry and recruited senior leadership, including C-Suite and board positions across the United States. Julia received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and three children.
