Jessica advises on both Board and senior Executive appointments across sectors, with experience spanning listed, privately owned and private equity backed businesses in the UK and internationally. She joined MWM in 2024 having previously worked as a consumer specialist at three boutique search firms. She has a BSc in Management from Warwick University.
