Since moving into property recruitment in 2001, I have built up extensive experience in providing recruitment solutions for the regional Real Estate sectors.

Typical organisations I recruit for include property consultancies, retailers, property developers, financial institutions, local authorities and public sector bodies. These employers are based across the West Midlands, East Midlands, North West, Yorkshire, North East regions and Scotland.

I help surveyors find jobs on both permanent and freelance/short-term contracts and offer my clients a bespoke service including contingency and headhunting solutions. The types of surveyors I recruit include all providing Real Estate Services or Development professionals. These include commercial property, asset and estates management, professional surveyors (including valuation, landlord and tenant, and rating surveyors), property development and investment professionals as well as surveyors working in the rural environment.

I also lead the management and strategic direction for our Manchester Office across all sectors.
