Jumana Noman is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Dubai. She brings over 12 years of global experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across diverse regions, specialising in Executive Search, global talent sourcing, leadership hiring & diversity recruitment. In her previous role as Director of Recruitment & Emiratisation at a Human Resources solutions provider in Dubai, Jumana worked closely with HR Directors and business leaders to identify hiring needs across the GCC region and leading the Emiratisation hiring program for UAE nationals. Prior to that, Jumana led resourcing efforts across the MENA region, collaborating closely with Business Unit Leaders to shape recruitment strategies. Jumana holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
