Biography
Heidi Kadlec is a Director of Client Partnerships for the Finance and Accounting Interim Solutions team. She brings nearly two decades of experience in business development and client relationship management across finance, accounting, and professional services. She has a proven track record of helping organizations navigate periods of change by aligning strategic consulting solutions with evolving business needs. Heidi has held key roles at firms like KPMG, RGP, Robins Kaplan, and Pinkerton, where she supported complex client engagements, cultivated executive relationships, and delivered insight-driven solutions. Known for her consultative approach and ability to build trust quickly, Heidi thrives on connecting with clients and driving meaningful outcomes.
Heidi holds a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She also completed the ISMA–Kellogg Senior Executive Program: Leading Through Crises at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Outside of work, Heidi is a proud mom to two teenage daughters who keep her busy with their athletic and academic pursuits. She enjoys staying active herself—playing sand volleyball, paddleboarding, running, and competing in a lively game of pickleball. Her Frenchton dog, Oliver, happily tags along for her outdoor adventures and never misses a chance for a long walk.
